Source code: Firmware: qmp.catqmp.cat developers are in charge of the firmware. It is an adaptation (customization) of the OpenWRT distribution which is a GNU/Linux distribution for free software embedded devices. All the software developed in qmp.cat is distributed under GLPv2 license.

He is a member of guifi.net and exo.cat, two self-managed platforms which develop open digital networks.
He is also a member of the GRID research group (Grup de Recerca de Interaccions Digitales) at the Universitat de Vic (Barcelona), where he works as a lecturer of Digital Art and Info Visualization.
He is researcher of GIIP (International Group of Research on the Convergence between Art, Science and Technology), at the UNESP, São Paulo, Brazil.
